Social Media

As part of Mailchimp’s social media team, I developed concepts for social media that played with culture, humour, and relatability. I wrote captions and copy, always aligned with Mailchimp’s brand voice.

I also wrote video scripts to promote new product launches and explainers. These outlined Mailchimp’s value props while keeping things fun.
